Dunedoo Dukkah
Our dukkah is gluten free

savoury dukkah
Enjoy these bold, earthy flavours with your favourite bread, dipped in virgin olive oil and dukkah. Create a crispy coating on fish, meat or vegetables or use as magic seasoning dust for a poached egg.
Ingredients: toasted macadamia nuts, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, native wattle seed, cumin seed, coriander seed, rock salt and pink peppercorns.
sweet dukkah
Enjoy these sweetly spiced, fragrant flavours with toast and honey, served beside soft cheeses, sprinkled over yogurt or fresh baked cakes, baked into biscuits, or dip your favourite fresh fruit in it.
Ingredients: toasted pistachio and macadamia nuts, cardamon pods, cinnamon, sesame seeds and rose petals.
Our dukkah is proudly home made at Makers Space, on Wiradjuri Country
Dunedoo, in Central NSW, takes its name from the Wiradjuri word for swan - dhun dhu.
Black swans are featured on our label, and on the southern side of our silo.

I would like to acknowledge the Wiradjuri people who are the traditional custodians of this Land. I pay respect to Elders of the Wiradjuri Nation, both past and present, and extend that respect to emerging Indigenous leaders and all Indigenous Australians.
